It all constructed from a combination of concrete, steel and clear Plexiglas. In addition to these spectacular hotels is the quest for underwater treasures.

AGRITOURISM

Agritourism is a style of vacation where hospitality is offered on farms. People are opting to break away from the fast-paced concrete jungles of the cities to unwind in simple pastoral settings. This may include the opportunity to assist with farming tasks during the visit. People are interested on how their food is produced and get to meet farmers in rural settings. Children get a chance to see farm animals and feed them. They also get to pluck fruits from trees. This sort of facility is also called “entertainment farm”. Agritourism is often practiced in wine growing regions as in Italy, France and Spain. It is widespread in America as well. Tourists can pick fruits and vegetables, ride horses, taste honey, sample wine, shop in farm stands for local and regional produce or hand-crafted gifts and much more. Each farm generally offers a unique and memorable experience suitable for the entire family.

Agritourim is being developed as a valuable business model to augment the income of farms whose products are no longer economically competitive otherwise. Sometimes farms get together to form festivals, tours or other events. Dude ranches offer tourists the chance to work on cattle ranches and sometimes participate in rodeos.

UNDERWATER TOURISM

We already know about the fascination of the humankind for the sea. Evidence of this is what we know today as beach tourism, scuba diving and marine parks. The future is getting more daring with the advent of better engineering and technology. A new introduction in the future is the Hydropolis which is a hotel under the sea. The Hydropolis in Qingdao, China, opened in 2008 for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing is anchored below the Yellow Sea. Guests arrive at the hotel by yacht which moors at a land-based hydrotower. Rates for suites are above those of five star hotels while regular rooms are the same as five star hotels.

The Hydropolis in Dubai is self acclaimed 10-star underwater hotel under construction in Dubai. Constructed from a combination of concrete, steel and clear Plexiglas, the Dubai Hydropolis have 220 suites 60 feet below the Persian Gulf. The features of the hotel include a jellyfish-shaped architecture, wave shaped land stations, and a submerged transparent train tunnel that is 515 meters long, two translucent domes to house the concert auditorium and ballroom that break the water surface and bubble-shapes suites.

In addition to these spectacular hotels is the quest for underwater treasures. Submersibles are being built to go deeper into the ocean. There are commercial opportunities to see the “Titanic” or ancient galleons in their watery graves. Trips to the ocean floor are organized for bounty hunters to get lost treasures in the deep oceans.

They are active in making local tour programs themselves and also arrange for bookings on behalf of the customer at hotels, airlines, surface transport. And the important aspect of travel agency business is to be as close to the public as possible.

Travel agencies is a service that provides the various aspect of holiday into a package. The travel agens displaying packages of tour to the public. it's the way of tour travels to get customers. The operators of Travel agencies are active in making local tour programs and arrange for bookings on behalf of the customers at hotels, airlines, surface transport etc. The tour operators gets discounts for the package that he sell from various sources like airlines, hotels, etc, so they can sell it for a low prices. travel agents get their revenue from commisions from the tour operators, hotels, surface transporters, etc. Travel agent business is easy to establish. therefore, it's easy to find a travel agent. The important aspect of travel agency business is to be as close to the public.
